Selection procedure

There need to be at least 3 nominations per award, if there are less nominations the award will be postponed to the next year.

Nominations (without changes) can be resubmitted the following year.

2 Step procedure:

• • Step 1:
    • Nominations will be anonymized, if this is still needed (by Anja Mosselman)
    • The committee will evaluate the anonymized nominations
    • A shortlist with the top 3 nominations for each category will be made
  • Step 2:
    • Nominations are revealed to the committee
    • The committee will evaluate the 3 shortlists
    • If necessary short interviews with the nominators (max 10 min) will be organised
    • If there is no clear first place, somebody outside the committee can be asked for advice:
      • This person can e.g. be a member of the EPS Research Committee/the EPS Educational Committee/ EPS Board/EPS office;
      • This person should not be part of the group of the possible award winner(s)
