How can I request a EPS certificate?

The form to request the EPS Certificate can be found in your TSP file as the sheet ‘Request Certificate’. Both you and your promotor need to sign and date this request, after which you can scan it and then send the PDF file to Anja Mosselman. Please cc your promotor in this e-mail. How can I register as a new PhD candidate?

If you want to register as a PhD candidate with the national Graduate School Experimental Plant Sciences (EPS), please note that there are two different registration procedures. One for PhD candidates from Wageningen University & Research, and one for PhD candidates at Leiden University, Radboud University, Utrecht University, University of Groningen and University of Amsterdam.
