SUMMARY:EPS Theme 4 - Genome Biology and Gene Regulation
DESCRIPTION:We invite you to the yearly Theme 4- scientific day exploring genome biology and gene regulation in plants. \nUnderstanding the remarkable phenotypic complexity in plants requires insight into how genomes are organized and regulated. From transcription factors and non-coding RNAs to chromatin structure and epigenetic modifications\, a diverse array of mechanisms control gene expression and genome stability. \nJoin us to discuss the interplay between genetic and epigenetic regulation\, molecular networks\, and evolutionary processes shaping plant development. \nPhD students and postdoctoral researchers are especially encouraged to contribute. Are you interested in giving a presentation? Please contact the theme day coordinators\, Maike Stam (UvA) and/or Aalt-Jan van Dijk (UvA)\, before 15 October 2025. \nDate: 24.11.2025Time: 09:30 -17:00Location: Room B9010\, Aurora Building (nr 127)\, Campus Wageningen University & Research\nFee: EPS member free (by no show a fee of € 100 will be charged).
