SUMMARY:EPS CRISPR/Cas Course
DESCRIPTION:Following this 2-day course\, you will understand the molecular mechanisms of CRISPR-Cas systems\, including guide RNA (gRNA) design and DNA repair pathways. It will provide an overview of the application of CRISPR/Cas in plant research and how to design your CRISPR-Cas experiments ( predict/minimize off-target effects using bioinformatics\, choose delivery vectors\, etc).
